Agdao Community Chapter

 Brief History

The existence of Agdao Community Chapter started last December 26, 2006 by natural discussion in a small group meeting. The need of putting up a chapter was first taught of in the past years since there were a great number of residents who were legitimate members of the Tau Gamma Phi Fraternity and Sorority in different Colleges, Universities and other chapters residing in the area. The formal permission through writing was addressed to Former Chairman of the Davao City Council Brod. Julius Fernandez last March 25, 2007, as initiated by June “Imox” Morata, MDG, former Grand Triskelion of University of Southeastern Philippines, as acting Grand Triskelion of the Chapter. Unfortunately, there were no initiations granted by the Chairman due to unfavorable circumstances needing for the cessation of initiation. The recruitment was still active through the assistance of his co-founders namely, Mark Anthony Ayala and Marvin Salar, both from Holy Cross of Davao Chapter. The pioneering batch of the Chapter was Bernie Daet, Rusty Manait and Arnel Varona initiated last August 13, 2007 @ Brod Christopher Montilla’s House @ Marfori Davao City as the official founding date of the Agdao Community Chapter, Davao City, Philippines.
